Like a seagull, “in fond of storms and dreaming of flying over the sea” Wen I. is launching an innovative hotel system that will revolutionize current industry practices. Even though he has successfully developed hotels under Holiday Inn and Hilton brands, Wen-I wants to make a difference. Following his latest publications of Hotel Investment & Development and Global Brain Awaken, Wen-I knows he can combine the virtues of green with the green of money to promote this noble cause. Wen is a speaker in the US featuring topic of green building and green lodging industry.

Steven Wan
Chief Financial Officer
After working over twenty years of in the fields of finance, tax and accounting, Stephen has acquired management experience and expertise in these areas. He has served as CFO of a bulletin board company, engineered the reverse take over of a company listed on the national exchange, took charge on buy-out of assets from international conglomerate and managed a mid size CPA firm. Stephen staunchly upholds protecting our environment and works toward building a healthier habitat for future generations. Running with Mr. Chang, Stephen elevated his actions from being a progressive recycling practitioner to a green movement advocate. |

Yuan-Sing Chang
Vice President of Project Development / LEED Accredited Professional
Yuan-Sing Chang graduated from San Diego Sate University, California. At the young age of 26, he worked as project manager during the development process of Hilton Garden Inn (Gilroy, CA) in 2000; Yuan Sing successfully completed the project within budget. Now, at 35, Atman Hospitality’s Vice President, Yuan-Sing managed the construction, development and opening of the environmentally conscious Gaia Napa Valley Hotel in American Canyon, CA, (the world’s first LEED Gold Hotel), and Gaia Hotel in Anderson, CA (also applying for LEED Gold Certification).
Yuan-Sing’s many speech engagements in sustainability include Dubai’s First International Green Building Symposium held in Abu Dhabi of UAE in December 2008.

Ling Ling Chang
Project Manager / Leed Accredited Professional
With a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, Ling Ling Chang is a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong passion in sustainability. While focusing on the optimization of the software business infrastructure at Sun Microsystems, she has shifted her focus to hospitality, bringing in a new perspective to an old, but ever changing industry. She has spoken in front of a wide variety of audiences in sustainability, including an informative speech at the 2009 Hospitality and Tourism Management Symposium at San Francisco State University. Ling Ling is currently working on a unique project – initiating a book, Worldwide LEED Hotels with the intent to help hoteliers enter into green practice and enhance the human consciousness. |

Patrick Quek
Advisor
Patrick is a veteran of the hospitality industry. After thirty-five years of intimate advisory roles to owners, developers, management companies, financial institutions, public agencies and foreign governments, Patrick will bring his considerable knowledge of the industry to help assimilate the green concepts with the demand for profitability in this exciting industry. As a student of the industry, he is acutely aware of the rigor requirements for success and the strategies needed to accomplish them. Patrick has served in leadership positions in the industry and community throughout his illustrious career. Patrick was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PKF Consulting. |

Mickey Meunnig
Architect
Mickey Meunnig’s works are full of creativity and aesthetic beauty. Often, his designs are in harmony with back drop of mountain; to mimic the ocean wave and in echo with the music. One vivid example is the Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur/ Monterey Bay, California that was designed by him has won the America’s number one hide-away resort hotel for the last five consecutive years in the whole US market.
Mickey Muennig’s work and architecture theory has been published in many magazines, books and newspapers. Atman Hospitality Hotel intends to adopt some of Michey’s creative ideas as standard prototype for the future projects before and after IPO. By using his aesthesis we will be far ahead of our potential competitors. He is one of the greatest architects in the United States, even in the world today. |
