As a new age thinker who immigrated from Taiwan, where he grew up from an environment that would nurture one’s union with nature. He passionately pursue for hotel sustainability, which included the first LEED Gold project in the US – GAIA Napa Valley Hotel & Spa and two others to come. On top of LEED, he has innovated a message package aiming to transform people’s consciousness through hotel development and operation. Over 200 media recognized his good intent. Through his creative writing and translation, Mr. Chang has published books, including “Hotel Investment & Development”; “One Flew Over Himalaya”; “The Global Brain Awakens”; and “Art & Physics”. His recent public engagements including – International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show, New York; American Lodging Investment Summit, Los Angeles, CA; plus green programs in CNET TV and Discovery Channel and as well key note speaker in Shanghai on the topic of Art, Physics and Eastern Mysticism”. Mr. Chang is living in San Francisco Bay Area, California. |

Mickey Muennig’s work and architecture theory has been published in many magazines, books and newspapers. Atman Hospitality Hotel intends to adopt some of Michey’s creative ideas as standard prototype for the future projects before and after IPO. By using his aesthesis we will be far ahead of our potential competitors. He is one of the greatest architects in the United States, even in the world today. |

Patrick is a veteran of the hospitality industry. After thirty-five years of intimate advisory roles to owners, developers, management companies, financial institutions, public agencies and foreign governments, Patrick will bring his considerable knowledge of the industry to help assimilate the green concepts with the demand for profitability in this exciting industry. As a student of the industry, he is acutely aware of the rigor requirements for success and the strategies needed to accomplish them. Patrick has served in leadership positions in the industry and community throughout his illustrious career. Patrick was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PKF Consulting. |

After working over twenty years of in the fields of finance, tax and accounting, Stephen has acquired management experience and expertise in these areas. He has served as CFO of a bulletin board company, engineered the reverse take over of a company listed on the national exchange, took charge on buy-out of assets from international conglomerate and managed a mid size CPA firm. Stephen staunchly upholds protecting our environment and works toward building a healthier habitat for future generations. Running with Mr. Chang, Stephen elevated his actions from being a progressive recycling practitioner to a green movement advocate. |

Yuan Sing Chang, the Vice President of Atman Hospitality Group, Inc., is in charge of green development wing. His green projects including the acclaimed first LEED gold of GAIA Napa Valley Hotel & Spa, as well as GAIA Anderson Hotel & Spa and GAIA Merced Hotel & Spa. As a young vibrant force in green issues, he also collaborated with the founder in innovation of the message package, beyond LEED, aiming at transforming people’s consciousness through hotel development operation. Yuan Sing Chang’s recent public engagements in greening hotel industry include – CNET TV, Telemundo TV and upcoming event in Discovery Channel. In JMBM Hotel Development Conference held on March 7 and 8, 2007 at Rancho Mirage, California and the Green Hospitality Conference on March 14th, 2007, Dallas, Texas, he was the youngest speaker in both occasions. |
