Gaia Shasta Year Built: 2008 The Gaia Shasta Hotel, Restaurant and Spa is the first environmentally sustainable hotel in Northern California and is conveniently located off Interstae 5. Gaia which means "Mother Earth" in Greek, offers guests not only the ultimate experience in luxury accomodations, but also an emotional connection with nature on our 10 acres of pristine natural setting.
